Yes, coffee shop posting today as we are in waiting mode on a number of things mentioned earlier and I needed to “de-hunker”.
Phone call early today specifying that our actress finally signed her Letter of Intent. We should be receiving it today. And that is only the end of a first stage. Now, the investor must lay down the offer and we must then sit down with the rest of the team to hammer out the remaining deals (including ours!) and get this baby moving forward. Easier said than done. We don’t want to hound potential partners and we therefore can’t do much but, wait. I will try again tomorrow or Friday. The nature of the beast. Everybody in this deal wants to sit with everybody, but right now, everybody wants to be very cautious as well about what information is given. That simple.
We also heard that we are expecting news on Friday from our screenwriter on the new draft. Fingers crossed.
